Friday 18th May 2007
8.30am Registration
9.00am Start
Introduction
The Faculty of Veterinary Science at The University of Melbourne warmly invites you to attend a Veterinary Education Symposium, to be held in conjunction with the AVA National Conference in Melbourne.
The symposium, on Friday 18th May (following AVA “Education Day” on Thursday 17th May), will bring together veterinary educators from around Australasia. Keynote speakers will address the question “New Technologies in Veterinary Education: Better Learning Outcomes?”, and a program of stimulating presentations will show case innovations in veterinary curriculum from around the country. There will be ample time for inspection of a range of new technologies, and for viewing of computer based learning programs.
We warmly encourage you to join us for a day of collegial exchange with veterinary educators who share a passion for better learning outcomes.
