Cook, William Stanley, BVSc 1916

Captain William Stanley Cook, Army Veterinary Corps (13 April, 1917 to 21 March, 1919) served at the Australian Veterinary Hospital in Calais, France. He was registered with the Veterinary Board of Victoria on 15 June, 1916, living in North Carlton.
