Kelynack, Philip Thomas, BVSc 1917

Captain Philip Thomas Kelynack, Australian Army Veterinary Corps (1 October, 1917 - 16 March, 1919) practiced almost all of his working life in Balwyn. He was President of the AVA, Victorian Division in 1947-48, and a member of the Veterinary Board of Victoria from 1939-1963, as President from 1939-1960.
